Hilton Head National RV Resort & Golf Course
This is one of our favorite places to stay! Not only is it a gorgeous RV resort, but the people are all incredibly friendly, there are lots of fun activities to do, and the location is ideal. This campground is so close to all of the fun beaches and shopping on Hilton Head Island and just about an hour from all that Savannah, Georgia has to offer. Hilton Head National Golf Course adjoins this rv resort, so you can walk, bike, or ride your golf cart right to the course to play or practice. Bonus - rv guests get a discount at the course!
We love the layout of this place - the sites are HUGE, the roads and bike paths are perfect for riding bikes or taking walks. The pool is fantastic, plus the pool side bar and restaurant is a fun treat, too! There is also a top-notch gym, pickle ball courts, fun playground and clubhouse for guests to use. The activities director plans fun social events to keep guests entertained, and we loved getting to participate in some of the festive holiday events during our stay over Thanksgiving week. We decorated Christmas ornaments for the clubhouse tree and visited with neighbors at a campfire social with live music. The kids went on a scavenger hunt and had fun at a gift exchange party.
We also got our Christmas decorations up in our rig over Thanksgiving! Things are getting pretty merry over here!
